Eligibility for Replacement/Return
Only Defects and Damages: We accept requests for replacement or return only if the item has a manufacturing defect or if it was damaged during the shipping process.
Time Limit: You must officially contact us with your concern within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order, as indicated by the shipping partner's delivery confirmation.
No Other Reasons Accepted: Requests based on disliking the product, incorrect sizing/color ordered by the customer, or any reason other than a mistake made by us or our shipping partners will not be entertained. All sales are otherwise considered final.
