1. Shipping Time
Orders are processed within [2-3] business days. Delivery usually takes [5-7] days after the the order has been processed, depending on your location.

3. Delays
Delays due to unforeseen events are not the responsibility of CipherLabs, but we will try to assist wherever possible.
4. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
At CipherLabs, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
1. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Please contact us immediately at cipherlabs18@gmail.com to cancel.
2. Refunds
After receiving your package you must make an unboxing video clearly showing that the parcel has not been opened previously, once confirmed that there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping you can request a refund within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
No refunds or returns will be entertained for wrong colour, size, product selection or whether you dont like the final product. Refunds and Returns will only be processed if there is a genuine mistake from our side or any damage while Shipping.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [3-5] business days.
